Associate Professor Lan Snell
Academic Program Director
A leader in strategic marketing and change management in the professional services sector, Associate Professor Lan Snell’s industry experience spans more than 15 years. Her academic and teaching expertise includes the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Charles Sturt University and the University of Sydney. Lan holds a PhD in Services Marketing (University of Sydney), a Master of Education (Macquarie University), a Graduate Certificate in Research (Macquarie University) and a Bachelor of Business (UTS).
