Associate Professor Lan Snell

A leader in strategic marketing and change management in the professional services sector, Associate Professor Lan Snell’s industry experience spans more than 15 years. Her academic and teaching expertise includes the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Charles Sturt University and the University of Sydney. She is a board member for the Centre for Volunteering and a Visiting Professor for RMIT Vietnam.
Prior to her appointment at Macquarie University, Lan was Director of Education Services and MBA Director at UTS Business School in Sydney, where she led the implementation of strategic educational projects in blended learning, curatorship of resources and original production, re-accreditation, and development and quality assurance of its MBA.
Lan holds a PhD in Services Marketing (University of Sydney), a Master of Education (Macquarie University), a Graduate Certificate in Research (Macquarie University) and a Bachelor of Business (UTS).
Associate Professor Yvonne Breyer

Associate Professor Yvonne Breyer is an award-winning academic with expertise in student success, online learning and digital transformation in the higher education sector. Yvonne has led several award-winning strategic initiatives with national and international reach. Most recently, she led the ‘Excel Skills for Business’ specialisation, which received the Coursera Outstanding Educator Award for Student Transformation on the back of exceptional learner feedback, global reach and impact.
Yvonne leads the Design and Experience Team for the Global MBA, which includes senior learning designers, media producers and student experience designers, to deliver an innovative and transformative learning experience for our Global MBA students.
She holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics (Macquarie University), a Master of Arts (University of Essen, Germany) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education, Leadership and Management (Macquarie University).
